Production & Shipping
What is your production time?
All custom pieces are made to order by jewelry artisans and take time. Our production time is 1–2 business days.
Note: production time is in addition to shipping time.
How long are shipping delivery times?
Your pieces are handmade with care and take time to produce. Production time is separate from shipping time.
US orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and usually arrive in 2–5 days.
International shipping can vary between 1–4 weeks depending on country and region.
Customs fees may apply depending on your country. Blujuri is not responsible for these charges.
How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order leaves our studio.
Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses?
Yes. Simply enter your PO Box, APO, or FPO address in the shipping line when placing your order.
Will I be charged customs/duty fees?
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country.
Blujuri is not responsible for these fees. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of any charges due at delivery or pickup.
Order changes
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes — we can make changes within a short window after your order is placed.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and requested changes.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update your shipping address.
Contact us immediately to ensure we can make the change in time.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled if they have not yet entered production.
Once production has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.
What if I entered incorrect information?
If you made a mistake (such as engraving, address, or item selection), contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to correct it before production begins.
How do I contact you about my order?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Are all items eligible for return?
Because many of our pieces are custom-made, certain items may not be eligible for return.
Please note: Personalized or custom pieces are final sale.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges for eligible items.
If you would like a different size or style, please contact us and we’ll assist you with the process.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for the request.
We will provide you with the next steps.
Who covers return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What materials are your jewelry pieces made from?
Our pieces are crafted using carefully selected materials designed for both beauty and everyday wear.

Will my jewelry tarnish over time?
Like all fine jewelry, proper care will help preserve the finish and extend the life of your piece.
To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.

We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising.
This helps protect the finish and maintain the quality of the piece over time.
How should I store my jewelry?

How to order
How do I place an order?

Then proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.
Can I customize my jewelry?
Yes, many of our pieces can be customized.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest.
However, creating an account allows you to track your orders more easily.
What payment methods do you accept?

How do I know my order was successful?
